What locals say
A refreshed, cleaner look which was much better from the last time I was there. It's very similar to a spa in Korea. BUT, customer service was below average so that's why they got two stars. First, they needed to provide what the spa provides. More information on the package they sell and finally have some flexibility in the products they sell. I told them that I wanted to go inside and try it out before I buy a package. When I was done with my spa, I wanted to purchase the package byt she said I would have to purchase ten tickets again. They never mentioned that otherwise I would've reconsider the purchase. I asked her if there was a way to ask the manager and the front receptionist young lady said a flat out NO! It would have made me feel better if she said, I'll find out and let me know and took my number or something. I've always learned there's never a "NO" to a customer. I would always take the time to find out and get back to them if I don't have an immediate answer. It was the end of that so they lost two customers who would've had purchased tickets for ten visits plus the body scrub.
This place is located in a plaza with a big parking lot. Parking was very easy. Receptionist was friendly, and attentive. They raised price on 2/16/2026 from $30 to $35 person. I enjoyed my first time coming over than my second time. I came here on a weekday for the first time. It was not crowded, and I was able to enjoy the hot tub, sauna, steam room, clay room, salt room, cold room, and forest room. The experience was very pleasant. My experience here for the second time was not great. It was a holiday, and this place was packed. People were talking pretty loudly at the locker room and hot tub. The steam room, sauna, salt room, clay room, and cold room were pretty full. When I was in the salt room, people kept opening and closing the door, and the heat was not trapped inside the room. I did not even had a chance to go to Forest room as people fell asleep and snoring in the room. There were children playing and screaming in the common area. I stayed for 1.5 hours, and left. This review is the average of both of my experience here (4 stars for the first time, and 0 star for the second time).
Overall really good experiences here. I've purchased the 10 coupon twice now. However, recently I've noticed when the facility gets crowded, there seems to be little control over hygiene in the women's side. I saw a few ladies bring their phone into the shower section when it clearly says no phones, it fears us that they're taking pics. When i went yesterday, one lady had what it seems like a vaginal rinse bottle she left in the basket! when she left, she hid it inside her towels so nobody will see. Also, lots of ladies had all sort of rashes but were going inside the hot tubs.....you can literally see skin debris flowing in the water, if you go in the evenings. Even on weekdays, the sauna room would be full of ladies speaking korean in there + loud Laughing, super loud and won't quiet down even when I ask them to. I also saw one lady left poo stains on her towel that she was sitting on in the sauna room, and poo dropped on the floor the whole way out (to the changing area), I had to tell the mexican cleaning lady in spanish, that there POOP on the ground. ... Disgusting.... The price of admissions is good tho, i really recommend the coupons. The changing room is always clean, the hair dryer also works great, I think they just updated it! Front desks ladies always real sweet and welcoming.
K Spa in Buena Park is amazing! Free parking makes it super convenient, and I really appreciate that they’re open on holidays—perfect for a relaxing day off. The facility is clean, spacious, and well maintained, and the atmosphere is calm and rejuvenating. Great place to unwind and recharge. Highly recommend!
Had a fantastic experience at K Spa in Buena Park. For the very reasonable price, the facilities are excellent and spotlessly clean. I started with the body scrub — my skin felt amazingly smooth and renewed afterward. I loved cycling through the steam room, dry sauna, warm tub, and cold plunge — the contrast therapy was invigorating and left me feeling refreshed and relaxed. After the wet areas, we hung out in the comfortable clothed common area in the back. It’s a peaceful, cozy space with tables where you can really unwind. A huge bonus is the food setup: You order directly from a touchscreen kiosk right in the common area. They text you when your order is ready to pick up, and you can enjoy it at the tables there. We got the Simply Green Smoothie, several Snow Ice flavors (Mango, Matcha, and Milk & Red Bean), and fresh Orange Juice from Damee Korean Restaurant at the front entrance. Everything was delicious, refreshing, and the perfect way to end the spa session! K Spa offers a genuine, no-frills Korean jjimjilbang experience that’s affordable and convenient. Clean facilities, great amenities, and the easy food integration made it easy to spend several relaxing hours here. Highly recommend.
