Great KTV experience! Sound system was good, rooms were clean, and the song selection was huge. Perfect place to hang out with friends.

Lousy sound system and room comfort. The ambience was nice and modern and flashy, but the KTV room was very warm! I feedback to the service staff and they were nonchalant about it saying oh, nothing we can do as the aircon is centrally controlled by the mall. The sound system was a letdown too, one of the mic was very soft and even after the batteries were changed it was still very soft. The service staff were uninterested and not service oriented. We had great expectations of the place before we went yesterday but left super disappointed.

Had the Music Bar VIP room for 4 hours on 27 Dec 25. The advance reservation was smooth and easy. They were very responsive to questions we had. The room was well prepared, clean and nicely cooled when we arrived. We brought our own food, which is a practice they allow. Drinks that we ordered came promptly and were reasonably priced for a place like thar. Atmosphere of the room was fantastic. Very spacious. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. Service at the end was also great. No fuss check out. We cleared the food we brought and they were very helpful with it. Staff at the reception counter, especially Jenny, always with a smile and helpful.

Great KTV experience! Good sound quality, wide song selection, and cozy rooms. Staff were helpful and the atmosphere was fun. Highly recommended for a night out with friends.

Nice system. Enjoyed 3 hours there. But the Cantonese songs are not all covered. The curtain is too thin and cannot block the sunlight which is reflected to the TV. Hope it can be improved.
