K.STAR @ Plaza Singapura

The food is nice and served shortly after we placed order. The staff Nana is very friendly and responsive to our request. They are so sweet, gave us blanket when I mentioned I’m cold.

Booked 29/5/2026 8pm to 10pm Arrived at 8pm, but the room was not ready, no problem. The lady at the counter asked us to just wait. After 5 minutes we still did not know what we were waiting for so we asked nicely, not in an impatient tone. She snapped back angrily saying they are preparing our room After waiting another 15 minutes we ask again if our room is ready, and whether we will stil be given the full 2 hours. The lady was again impatient and responded angrily. Decent karaoke experience, but horrible service from that lady. We never raised our voice or got impatient yet the always responded in an angry tone. The other staff were much nicer.

I’m really impressed by the service from XP and Zui. They were patient, polite and very helpful, making me feel well taken care of the whole time. Their professionalism and genuine care made a big difference.

Had a really enjoyable time at K Star Karaoke. The sound system and microphones were excellent, making the singing experience smooth and fun. The ambience is warm and endearing, with nicely designed rooms that make the whole place feel lively yet comfortable. Thank you Danniel

We enjoyed ourselves here at K-star. Zul was super fun and spontaneous. A very good sport that made our KTV session a lot more fun. We will definitely come back again
