K VOICE KARAOKE @ Our Tampines Hub

Really enjoyed it! Will definitely head over again when I have the chance haha. The front counter staff provided excellent service and was very friendly — even over the phone during booking, she was super helpful.

Blessed to have a karaoke spot in Tampines. Best part is you can easily choose your songs with app by scanning the qr code. Place is clean and has a nice scent. The staffs at the counter is very pleasant and friendly.

The room was clean and the ambience was pleasant. The food was enjoyable, though it felt rather pricey considering it was microwaved. The staff were generally polite; however, we were not permitted to put up decorations for an important celebration due to concerns about potential damage to the paint. While I understand their concern, we had intended to use masking tape, which is commonly used for decorations and does not damage surfaces. On top of that, the staff keep looking in the room to check on us couple of time, to ensure that we used blu tack instead of masking tape, this made our experience unpleasant. We complied by removing all decorations except for one large balloon, hoping the staff could assist with its disposal. Unfortunately, we were asked to return to dispose of it ourselves as it did not fit into their bin. This could have been managed more smoothly, for example by deflating the balloon. Overall, the experience was pleasant, but there is room for improvement in flexibility and service handling.

Went on sept 2025. Thought the room was abit small but overall experience was very pleasant. Literally all songs were available including the ones on youtube. Can choose songs by scanning QR code on the screen, making it very easy and convenient. Definitely coming back. Price wise, definitely better to go with friends/family.

The counter staff was responsible and friendly, asked if I needed food or drinks, and checked whether I was a first-timer and supplied instructions to scan the QR code + tap the 🟣 purple bar at the bottom of the screen to adjust mic and music volume. ➕ The KOD that every visitor can access from their own phones means no more "queueing" to select songs at the "Songs Selection Station" like at Teo Heng. This KOD on our browser is very user-friendly! Easy to use! ➕ I liked that for some songs, there are both Mandarin and Cantonese lyrics available. Can choose which to sing! ➕ Very easy to choose YouTube videos to sing from! ➕ When we tap on a selected song, we can see a brief preview of the MTV, which helps us to choose the correct MTV / song. Very nice touch! ❌ Only one bad note. The doors' sound-proofing is pretty crappy. There was a bunch of students not singing, but *screaming* continuously for quite a while. I heard the staff go ask them to tone down cos another customer had complained about them. Props to the staff for doing problem management! I could hear them a little over my music and when I paused the music, it was unbearably loud in the silence. Terrible. That's the main reason why I'm not giving the full 5 ⭐ Teo Heng's doors are way heavier and more sound-proof than this - we all get excited in a group at Karaoke, I understand. Over at TH, it would be partially muted at least. Here... Almost full volume. Otherwise, it is still a pretty good experience. I will still return some day when I'm at OTH.
