Karaoke Box Soho

Visited Karaoke Box with my friends and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. We called ahead beforehand to make sure there was a room available, and when we arrived we were told our room would be ready in 10 minutes. While we were waiting outside, they ended up giving the room away to other people instead. What made the situation worse was the attitude from the staff and security. None of them were particularly friendly, despite clearly seeing us waiting. The overall customer service felt rude and dismissive. wouldn't recommend.

Great little karaoke bar with private rooms. Had the team come over after dinner.

Lovely place. We booked for my birthday and enjoyed it so much. Manager and all staff are absolutely amazing, they really made sure we had wonderful time and took care of us. Karaoke rooms have clear sound system so you could get the best experience. Would definitely recommend! Thanks to all the team!

We were here last week with some friends from work for a social, and this was our second visit to Karaoke Box Soho. It's such a great place to go not only was the karaoke a highlight, but the cocktails and drinks were absolutely amazing What really made the night extra special, though, was the barteam. We honestly had so much fun at the bar, chatting and sharing stories with them it felt super welcoming and relaxed. We had a proper laugh all night. A big thank you to Giani and Shaq for their amazing hospitality. You guys really made the experience unforgettable. We'll definitely be back.

The location is very good, and the staff was excellent, she was very helpful and friendly. But inside our cell the couch was worn out and the floor was very sticky. There was not many options for songs, as well the screen was very hard to tap. And you can hear other people singing clearly inside your own cell.
