Reserved their large room for a birthday party and they responded promptly, were very helpful in answering all of my questions and allowed us to order drinks a la carte as needed. Peter took great care of us and our various and sundry orders and requests and management even allowed me early access to set up balloons and such and showed me how to adjust the levels on the mics. They had a great selection of songs. We never ran into a song that wasn’t available on the app. Even rather obscure musical theatre numbers! I highly HIGHLY recommend you give Karaoke City a visit! 😊

Rooms don’t have much insulation or soundproofing. The WiFi seems to only allow a few devices to connect. Sonys must be requested many times. Room layout is nice. You can get reasonably priced food for nyc during peak hours. The bathrooms are tiny but very clean. The screen is visible to everyone and shows lyrics. I recommend bringing earplugs.

Very helpful with all questions. Open during the day and rooms were open immediately when we came. We cant hear other rooms. Bathrooms are clean. The room is fully private and they give an iPad as well as the ability to use our own phones to queue songs. Mics work great sound is clear and full control of sound quality and volume. Wide selection of songs including rap, pop, and country and a few mexican songs as well. Offers korean appetizers as well as American appetizers. Worker was very attentive and caring.

We came for a birthday 🎂 celebration and Justin was awesome! Great catalog and great experience. We opted for a private room and Justin was super friendly and accommodating. I would come back . The cocktails 🍹 were also great
