Great stuff. Went here with my team at work, nothing but great things to say. The staff was amazingly friendly and it was surprisingly clean (for a NYC karaoke spot). 10/10
Kareoke Duet 35 is the place to be. This cute karaoke spot located near Koreatown was a great place to spend time with friends! The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The location had a great selection of songs and had new popular songs as-well. The karaoke system overall was great and we were able to find our songs quick! We booked an hour but wanted to stay longer and the staff was able to accommodate to our request! Overall the staff was great and the place was clean affordable and fun!
Watch your step going up and down the stairs to this place. Saw a person trip and fall pretty hard when coming down on the last step. Rooms were clean and drinks were ok. The cassis oolong was so good, midori sour was good and the long island I had was super strong (maybe a little too strong). Karaoke selection is wide but locked in to whatever system they're using. No access to YouTube so if their system doesn't have a song you want you're out of luck. The system they have is also a little buggy and we had trouble removing songs and had to just manually skip over them as they came up.
Lap and Micheal and we came one night and they served us very well like I am definitely coming back just for them and I even made a loyalty number.
Wow. These are some of the rudest people I’ve ever met in NYC. My friends and I went the other night to do karaoke, as we thought our other friend was already there and we would meet him. The security guard was extremely rude and harsh, immediate telling some of us to dump out our water bottles. We didn’t mind that part, but the way he said it was uncalled for. Then the employees were EXTREMELY (and I can’t stress it enough) hostile and rude as I tried to communicate with them our situation. They repeatedly said our friend wasn’t there, even before I had shown them a photo or given a name. They said there were no more reservations that evening, when they weren’t even supposed to close until 3 hours from our arrival time. It was very, very clear they didn’t want us there. What a shame too because we would’ve given them good business with the large group I was with. The guy working was slightly nicer than the rest, but that girl with blue hair has a real attitude issue. I’m disappointed because a lot of the other reviews of this place seemed wonderful, but I’ve noticed the more recent reviews echo my awful experience. My friends and I will never come back here. I hope management really shapes up the behavior and compassion of their staff members. If you want a nice experience where staff won’t literally roll their eyes at you, I’d recommend 32 Karaoke or Chorus Karaoke!
