SCAM!!!!!! Went to celebrate my cousin's birthday and we were bamboozled. It is just YouTube; there is no karaoke “system” in place. We basically just rented a very expensive room with a tv and two microphones for three hours. I wouldn’t personally recommend this place because of the service fees. They charged us gratuity and only stopped by the room once to refill water. The young lady at the front was highly under the influence of something because her words were slurring and she could not comprehend when asked what was done for gratuity to be charged. Their website does not state gratuity when you book and you are not informed either when you arrive. Save you money and avoid this place at all costs. DO NOT PATRONIZE.

We had a great experience for my friend’s birthday. The room was clean and spacious. Our server Lisa was THE BEST. Super kind and accommodating to all of our questions. She knows the venue well and made the experience exceptional. We will be back!

We celebrated my sisters boyfriend’s bday here and it was a BLAST. A memorable day for sure. We all sang and the tower shots were great! The fact that we had our own private bathroom was even better. The vibes were definitely giving that night. The bartenders were great. The whole atmosphere itself was fantastic. Definitely would recommend. It’s on the pricey side but worth it!

I booked a room here for my birthday and invited a few of my friends and we had an amazing time. The rooms are pretty cool and very clean. The food was delicious! It was a little disappointing to use YouTube to find music but at the same time YouTube has such a huge variety you will definitely find all your deep cuts.

Amazing service and very nice and clean rooms. The room was really spacious and everything was very easy to use. Shout out to our server Lily for being on top of all of our needs and getting us a new system because the first microphone wasnt working. Definitely would come back and highly recommend.
