Jessica is the best! I was looking for an eyeliner she went above and beyond helping finding the best one for me. She even checked the back stock for me to which in one of my previous visits another associate had said there is no back stock just what’s on the floor. Jessica is truly the best, I appreciate her service. She is an asset 10000000/10! So sweet and helpful

They explained the products clearly and helped me choose the right ones for my skin. The shop is clean and well organized. The products feel good on my skin and the prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place and will come back again.

My Go-to store for Japanese and Korean skin care products! I love the availability of brands and testers, cute hair accessories. The store is neat and well organized, prices are quite competitive. I love their collection of sheet masks and hair care products, the staff is polite and helpful. The only downside all the products are final sale, so you won't be able to refund or exchange.

kiokii and…has officially landed in pacific centre, and downtown vancouver just got a serious k-beauty upgrade. finally, a one-stop shop for all the trending skincare and beauty products that have been blowing up my feed. i’ve been slowly shifting from sephora to k-beauty, and honestly, the pink, the bright, the kawaii, it’s all speaking to my girly side, and i am so here for it. not gonna lie, the world of double cleansing, toner pads, and multi step routines can get a little overwhelming. i’ve definitely bought a few too many products i didn’t need and used them in the wrong order…so it’s time for a bit of a routine reset. the store is brand new, and i really hope they stay on top of keeping the testers clean. beyond skincare, there’s a whole wall of earrings, cute hair accessories, and all kinds of little treasures, great for gifts or just treating yourself. it’s basically a candy store for makeup lovers. everything is final sale, no return, no exchange. this definitely won’t be my last visit. so many fun and trendy products to explore, it’s the kind of place that keeps you coming back. i’m officially obsessed.
