KLAFS Ausstellung Frankfurt

A very nice exhibition. You can take a good look at the wonderful saunas and receive very friendly and competent advice. Our consultant, Mr. Pabst, even postponed his closing time because we were stuck in traffic coming from Saarbrücken. That's real customer service! And we felt welcome even with children, which isn't always the case these days. Thank you again!

We are absolutely thrilled! After considering a sauna for some time, I came across the KLAFS showroom in Frankfurt online and spontaneously decided to visit. The showroom is beautiful and extensive, and I received a very warm welcome from Mr. Alexander Matthies, so I immediately scheduled a consultation with him. My husband and I received excellent advice, and we knew right away that we wanted a sauna from KLAFS. Delivery and installation went smoothly. It turned out that the door handle was missing, but the installer rigged up a temporary solution so the sauna was ready to use immediately. The door handle has since been replaced. Our whole family is delighted. The sauna looks fantastic, and we use it regularly. We would like to sincerely thank Mr. Matthies for his excellent advice and outstanding service. We highly recommend him and KLAFS!

Excellent advice and superb service at the Klafs shop in Frankfurt! Ms. Aksakal, in particular, provided outstanding support in person, by phone, and via email. She was always friendly, patient, and highly competent. Most importantly, she was never pushy or demanding. We felt well taken care of from the very beginning and, after two years, decided on the S1 Large model, which we are very happy with. Assembly and delivery were also seamless. The technician who came to our home was quick and very friendly. Thank you so much for the fantastic service. Highly recommended!

Mr. Dennis Tafill provided us with highly competent and friendly advice during the planning of our sauna, which was somewhat complicated to install in a room with windows. The sauna was recently installed by two excellent craftsmen from Klafs (taciturn, but very efficient, competent, and friendly), and we have been enjoying it ever since. Everything works perfectly and looks fantastic.

A bit hidden but with a great posh showroom. Frau Nagel was super nice and answered all our questions. I bought some sauna accessories but would have bought more if the products would have been more visible on display.
