A lovely restaurant with delicious food. Our waiter was very attentive too. A bit more expensive when compared to competition, however, the flavours and scenery deserve it.

Five star style for a 2 star price! Attracted to Koba by its special lunch offer of a super BBQ bowl plus drink for £15, I was charmed by the clean sophisticated lines and stylish design of this restaurant just off Charlotte Street. For starters we chose the shrimp pancake, would order every time, and fried chicken plus dumplings. chose Mains, we both went for the veggie bowl, loads of topping, dig down deep for the rice!And a must-have is the bean paste doughnut, however full you are!

Food was delicious, presentation was nice, ambiance was great, staff was very friendly and attentive. It's a very peaceful ambiance, which is great, perfect to have a nice chat with your friend while having a delicious meal. Would come back to try more items on the menu. Would recommend

London is honestly having a Korean food moment right now — so many new spots popping up, it’s brilliant. I’d almost forgotten about Koba, but I went back recently and… wow, I was genuinely impressed. What really stood out this time was the BBQ setup. They don’t grill it at your table anymore and honestly? I loved it. As much as I enjoy Korean BBQ, let’s be real — the smoke, the smell on your clothes… it turns into a whole “occasion” kind of meal. Here, everything comes perfectly cooked from the kitchen, so you just sit back and enjoy. No effort, no mess — ideal if you’re feeling a bit lazy like me I also had the Mul-hoe and the Sot-bap, which were both fantastic. If you still miss the DIY grilling experience, they’ve got BBQ tables downstairs, so you can choose depending on your mood. Absolutely loved it.

KOBA offers a genuinely great dining experience. The ambiance is elegant and clean, and the food tastes just as refined as the decor. I was also very impressed by how professional and sweet the staff were. A lovely place for high-quality Korean food.
