The food was good and service itself was quick! For a late-night food spot that almost opens 24/7, Kosoo does a good job with its food quality and consistency. The kimchi pancake was super crispy and a highly recommend. The ambiance is very quiet depending on the time of day you go.

I've never eaten such disgusting chicken. I ordered through Uber Eats, it arrived an hour late, and I live four blocks from the restaurant. The food was dry, overcooked, tasteless complete garbage.

The boneless fried chicken and Kimchi jjigae (stew). Both were good and hit the spot. The chicken was easy to eat and the stew had a nice, balanced flavor.

First time trying this branch, i never tried this menu ‘Altang’ before turn out its super delicious, hot and spicy. Love it. The fried chicken is crunchy and yummy. Everything is delicious and comes in a big portion! The sides are refillable.

We visited Kosoo in Vancouver for lunch and had a very enjoyable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and seated promptly at a table with a lovely view outside. The restaurant had a welcoming atmosphere, and the aroma of the food immediately set a great first impression. The menu is extensive, which is exciting but can feel a bit overwhelming for first-time visitors. That said, the staff were patient and never rushed us while we took our time deciding. We ordered the soy garlic chibap, bossam (original), and mandu, along with a bottle of Korean black raspberry wine. Our meal came with six side dishes, all of which were flavorful, and the staff kindly offered refills as they became low. The highlight of the meal was the bossam, hands down. The pork was incredibly tender and flavorful, perfectly balanced with its subtle seasoning, and paired beautifully with the accompaniments. Everything we tried was delicious and well prepared, and the service stood out for being both fast and attentive. The staff were professional, friendly, and efficient throughout our visit. Overall, Kosoo offers great food, excellent service, and a pleasant dining atmosphere. We would happily return—especially for the bossam—and recommend it to anyone looking for quality Korean cuisine in Vancouver.
