Small place hidden in the middle of la Roma Norte, at the corner of a Bagel Shop and a Coffee place. Book online as there is very little rooms and enjoy the sauna and cold plunge. The place is clean and water is very cold just what you need to enjoy it. Highly recommended place for a relaxing evening or relaxing afternoon in the weekend. Follow their IG as they post some packages.

This is one of my new favorite places in the city! I love contrast therapy and this place is immaculate. The atmosphere makes you feel like you’re in a spa, the service is always amazing, the playlist is on point and I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. The perfect way to recover from a long week or a weekend of too much fun. It’s also a refreshing way to catch up with a friend while doing something productive for your health and well-being.

an oasis in the city!! had a beautiful experience overall in the AFUERA SOLAR contrast therapy room. completely private, with a sauna that reaches 95 celsius, and cold plunge at 5 degrees C. comes replete with towels and shower, along with other thoughtful details such as background music, custom essential oils for the sauna, and local brand Laguna Cyprien natural products. plus there’s a lounge to relax in following your session!

Super super recommend this place! First off, the online booking was really easy. My wife and I had a weird gap in-between checking out of our Airbnb and our flight, so we were hauling around our large backpacks. It was really nice to be able to arrive 15 minutes early in the spacious waiting area. The private Sauna and Cold Plunge were amazing. The sauna was hot and the cold plunge was cold. This may seem like a no-brainer, but I have been disappointed by other commercial cold plunges before. This was not the case here. The service was also splendid. Not sure if the people we interacted with were employees or owners, but they were really nice. Perfect English and Spanish communication. As far as i’m concerned this is a “Must Stop” anytime I come back to CDMX.

Overall, the actual spa area seems cheap and not luxurious in any way, which we didnt expect. Went with my boyfriend, when we arrived the person explained “rules” for example, she said dont go into the sauna if you are wet which we've never heard of, despite us frequenting many recovery spaces in our travels everywhere in the world . Also they only provide one towel how are you supposed to shower, cold plunge and probably repeat with one towel, whilst only going dry in the sauna. The space was dirty, There was a ball of hair in the shower. The cold plunge looked rusty and cheap. None of it was worth it. We found another place way better same price
