KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot

Went here with a large group (12 people) during the holidays without reservations so the wait was pretty long (over 80mins) but it was well worth it. We did the all-you-can-eat KBBQ and hotpot option so they put us in two 6 people booth next to each other. We were impressed with the large selection of meats and veggies for the hotpot and kbbq. All the food was fresh and delicious. We also liked the option of everybody having their own small pot for hotpot. There were tons of toppings and sauces at the sauce bar to make our own sauces and there were also some fried foods (fries, coconut shrimp, scallops, etc.) on the side. After the main foods, we went to the ice cream freezer to get desserts. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend and go back.

For the price it’s great, service is friendly and nice, place is clean. Now the quality of the beef was a bit chewy. The short ribs were a bit of chew, more fatty when cooked. The steak was a bit better. The snow crab legs were not that good, very small as well. Blue crabs were meaty and fresh. It wasn’t a bad experience but the quality of the meat and seafood were not that great but otherwise a good experience.

August provided outstanding service during my visit to K-Pot. He was particularly attentive, enthusiastic, and professional from the moment we arrived. He greeted us warmly, communicated with us very well, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the meal. What I appreciated most was that August was always patient and helpful when we had questions. He explained things clearly, checked in at the right moments, and made the whole dining experience feel smooth and enjoyable. His positive attitude and thoughtful service really stood out. Because of August’s excellent service, I had a very good impression of this K-Pot location. He made the experience feel welcoming, friendly, and well taken care of. I would definitely be happy to come back again and recommend this place to others.

I visited KPOT today and had an excellent experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional — special thanks to Lance, whose hospitality was beyond perfect. He knew everything about the menu, explained both the BBQ and hot pot options clearly, and made us feel very welcome from start to finish. The restaurant itself is great — clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I really liked that you can mix your own sauces or simply follow the recommended recipes provided, which makes the experience fun and easy. I chose the Tom Yum Thai hot pot, and it tasted amazing — flavorful, aromatic, and well balanced. The BBQ meats were also very good, fresh and satisfying. What impressed me even more was the variety: French fries, oranges, grapes, cakes, and ice cream were all available, making it a perfect all-in-one dining experience. Overall, great food, great service, and outstanding hospitality. I would definitely come back and highly recommend KPOT to anyone looking for Korean BBQ and hot pot in NYC.

Rose provided exceptional service throughout our meal. She was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable about the menu. She took the time to explain the differences between the Korean BBQ and hot pot options, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were comfortable from beginning to end. Her warm personality and attention to detail made us feel genuinely valued as guests. The food was excellent. I ordered the Tom Yum Thai hot pot, and the broth was rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The BBQ meats were fresh, tender, and delicious. I also loved the sauce bar, which let me customize my sauces and try new flavors. The extra treats like fresh fruit, cakes, and ice cream were a nice bonus that completed the meal.
