Have been shopping Ksisters online for years, it’s great to come down to the physical shop to try out products before buying!

I visited Ksisters on a weekday just after the holiday season, mainly to browse, and the store was relatively quiet at the time. This made the experience even more enjoyable, as the staff were able to give me their full attention. All the workers I encountered were very friendly and approachable, and they were also knowledgeable and insightful when explaining their products. The staff member who assisted was friendly. She took the initiative to make small talk and genuinely tried to understand my skin concerns and needs before recommending anything. I really appreciated how she made the experience feel comfortable and personal. While I did notice that the products were slightly more expensive compared to places like Watsons, Guardian, or online platforms such as Shopee, I felt that the personalized service and guidance made up for the price difference. The overall shopping experience felt more thoughtful and helpful rather than transactional. she also mentioned that there will be more major sales coming up in the future, and that I would be informed if I signed up as a member, which was nice to know. Overall, I had a positive experience at Kdisters and would definitely return, especially for the attentive service and personalized recommendations. 😄😄

A lovely Korean beauty store in the Orchard area! I was looking for Entropy products, and they had a good selection. The beautician was very helpful in recommending the right products, making my shopping experience even better. Great service and a nice ambience. I’ll definitely visit again on my next trip to Singapore!

Had a really lovely consultation today and absolutely loved the rage of products available and the knowledge of Catherine who helped me with my many purchases. If you love Korean skincare and makeup you will be like a child in a candy store!!! I died and went to heaven!
