What locals say
Had such a relaxing facial by Stacy after work. She was gentle and very nice. She advised the pore tightening option and I topped up the eye massage which was so good! I loved there was no waiting time, very prompt service. The cold massager was super nice after a long day at work. Thank you
Great service from Moon. Really enjoyed the session with no hard selling. Each procedure was mentioned and beautician will go extra mile to provide skin care advice.
Tiffany was friendly and explained the steps. Comfortable and affordable. There wasn’t any hard selling either. Therapist explained every procedure and skincare used very well. Feel good about trying their products. It won't be very expensive. Good try!
I had a lovely experience here on two separate occasions - getting a standard facial, and then one for pigmentation. The staff were very competent and thorough in their work, and my skin definitely looked better after the treatment was complete. However, I will say that payment was an issue - I’m not a local to Singapore or Asia, and this venue was highly recommended to me. Despite the many payment options available, not one of them was compatible with Visa or MasterCard, which I found surprising. Luckily, I was able to pay cash for my treatments - otherwise I would have missed out on these fun services my husband had organised for my birthday!
On 24 May 2026, my wife and I visited the Kskin Somerset outlet and was asked by staff to pay S$50 via NETS Scan & Pay. I completed the transaction and immediately received a DBS notification confirming a successful payment. The outlet’s payment system reportedly experienced technical issues and no receipt was printed. Despite showing the successful payment confirmation on my phone, my wife was refused service. I was subsequently informed that the matter would be investigated and that the process could take 7–14 working days. I received no update regarding whether the funds had been received, whether the payment gateway provider had been contacted, or the status of the investigation until 7 June 2026. On that day, having received no meaningful update since the initial investigation was opened, I had to follow up again and escalate the matter. During a call with management on that date, I was informed that management was not able to confirm whether the outlet had received the funds, whether the payment gateway provider had been contacted regarding the transaction, whether a formal investigation case had been opened, or whether a case reference number existed. Over the course of the dispute, I had to contact the company on at least four separate occasions before the matter was resolved. After further escalation, management contacted me again on 8 June 2026 and a refund was processed. I appreciate that the refund was ultimately provided. However, I was disappointed by the handling of the situation, particularly the denial of service despite proof of payment, the lack of communication during the investigation period, and the need to repeatedly follow up before the matter was resolved. This review reflects my personal experience.
