This was a 10/10 experience. Everything from start to finish was easy to access and seamless to get to and enjoy. The area is nice and the onsen itself was a dreamy experience. We wished we had booked five hours instead of two! Make sure to take plenty of pocari sweat with you - you will be sweating a lot!
A very unique concept with a completely private onsen experience. They provide amenities like towels and slippers for you in the room and it’s a seamless contactless entry-exit system. Drinks are available and everything is self-service, which makes it completely private
WONDERFUL experience here! It is a little pricey but once you enter the room everything make sense! We booked a 2 hour slot, and to be honest I would have loved to spend more time. There are lots of high-end amenities, constant running water in multiple tubs, movies, lighting control, temperature control, and more. This is also a very family friendly place, as many families will attend with their children. Overall this was a much needed relaxing event which I recommend adding to the end of your itinerary as a reward for all the walking you probably did!
I will start by saying the facilities are gorgeous. The onsen was amazing, and the cold plunge was lovely alongside the sauna. Eventually we had a great time but I can’t help but feeling somewhat short changed. Unfortunately, there was a noise that kept repeating that sounded like someone was trying our door every five minutes. I don’t think it was, but as someone who wanted to try the onsen in a traditional way but was slightly anxious about doing it for the first time, it was uncomfortable as every time I wanted to undress the noise started and it genuinely sounded like the door was opening and made you check every time. This really needs fixing as it took me around half the time I’d paid for to relax (£160 for two hours) enough to actually use the facilities. I would come back, but only if this was guaranteed to not happen and it was very disappointing.
this onsen was recommended by a friend and it’s 10/10 for me. easy booking thru their online site. we booked super last min (night before) and was lucky to get a next day AM slot. my bf and i stayed in cenote room. check in was easy, you log in by the account you made when booking and use a QR code for self check in. you can only enter the facility 5 mins before ur booking time. will definitely come back and try other rooms.
