First off when I got here it was extremely loud. Throughout my entire experience I could hear the people in the room next door pumping music. I had to go back to Australia for an emergency so I canceled my second visit but I can not get a refund. I have messaged via Instagram because the requested use of LINE does not work. It will not let me send them a message so now I am out of pocket for a service I didn't not enjoy and could not use
I had an incredible experience at Kudochi Sauna Ginza. The vibe is unmatched super sleek, modern, and relaxing from the moment you walk in. The amenities were top-tier and everything was very clean. It truly felt like a luxury escape in the heart of the city. Everything was a 10/10! Can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!
Booked the Yoi room for a nice me time on a late night in Tokyo and stayed there till morning. Practically did a contrast therapy session there, alternating between sauna and cold plunges. Loved my time there. Super relaxing. Everything was taken care of, amenities are top notch, facilities are clean, you can buy beverages on the way in (or out), you have a tablet with Netflix for entertainment, bath robes, lotions, and everything… would do again.
Brought my best friend here to celebrate his birthday, and it was the perfect choice. KUDOCHI Sauna Ginza gave us a rare space to completely unwind, reflect on everything we’ve accomplished, and dream out loud about what’s ahead. The private sauna experience is beautifully designed; intimate, serene, and just the right environment for deep conversation. We cycled through the sauna and cold plunge, and by the end we had both fully totonou’d (整う). Highly recommend this place for any milestone celebration. It’s truly a reset for the mind and soul. We’ll definitely be back. 🧖♂️🎂
We opted to use this private sauna after a long flight from London dumping us in Tokyo 5 hours before hotel check in opened. You have to register on their website and navigate a fairly clunky reservation system but once you've done that, it's plain sailing. There are a choice of saunas all over Japan, most are in Tokyo. Like all of them, their Ginza branch, find minutes away from Ginza Station offers a variety of themed rooms for various party sizes. We booked the Sora room for two. For around ¥15,000 you get two hours use of a private sauna and plunge pool, a comfy lounge sofa, lots of toiletries and shower facilities. There's a shared bathroom and shop. You enter the sauna using a QR code and don't meet a single member of staff. Inside the room, it was heaven. You can brkng your own food and drink so it's great to basically pig out, relax, and nap. We left feeling a million dollars and rejuvenated for the evening ahead. Very well recommended!
