A must do if you're in Tokyo. My wife and I honeymooned in Japan, this was perfect day after the flight. All the tension and stress of the journey melted away, ready to enjoy exploring Tokyo. Must visit! Great for people with tattoos as is fully private.

We booked the Glow room at Kudochi Sauna Roppongi for 120 minutes, and it was an incredible private sauna experience. Peaceful, beautifully designed, and surprisingly unique. Check-in was completely contactless and seamless. You receive an access code in advance, walk straight in, and everything is ready for you. The room already had the sauna heated to the perfect temperature when we arrived, which made it feel instantly welcoming. The Glow room itself was spotless and thoughtfully designed, with soft mood lighting that created a calm and luxurious atmosphere. One of the standout features was the cold plunge tub that’s partially inside the sauna. Being able to move straight from the heat into the cold water without leaving the room was such a cool and refreshing touch. There’s also a private shower inside the room so you can rinse off between sessions. The amenities were excellent, including shampoo, body wash, lotion, hair dryers, towels, and water, so you really don’t need to bring anything with you. The experience felt completely private, mixed-gender, and tattoo friendly, which made it comfortable and inclusive for both of us. It’s the perfect setup for couples or friends who want to relax together without the restrictions of a traditional public bathhouse. The 120 minutes flew by but felt just right for a few full sauna, plunge, and rest cycles without ever feeling rushed. It’s definitely on the premium side price-wise, but for the quality, privacy, and thoughtful design, it’s worth it. We both left feeling deeply relaxed, clear-headed, and refreshed, and we’ll definitely be coming back. ⭐ Highly recommend the Glow room at Kudochi Roppongi if you’re looking for a peaceful, private, mixed-gender, and tattoo-friendly sauna experience in Tokyo with luxury touches and a truly unique design.

Perfect for a quick body reset! I was staying in the area and needed a relaxing spa day after consecutive days of long walks in the city. This was the perfect experience to help my body reset and recharge. I booked the room on the same day, and the check in process went by pretty smoothly. Everything is done digitally, so you just need to scan a QR code (emailed to you) to access your room. The Arabesque room was clean, and well maintained, and exactly as pictured. There was a lounge area, shower, sauna room, and a cold plunge. Everything in the room can be adjusted to your liking, such as the temperature of the room and sauna, as well as the music in lights. For $116 USD, it was not bad at all. I would definitely return again to try out the different rooms with the onsens.

Paid for the Aqua room because we wanted the hot bath, all was great inside the room, but our enjoyment and peace was constantly disturbed by construction work in the building, drills and other electrical tools being used every 15 minutes. This would have been fine and acceptable if we had been told about it before hand, but nothings perfect. Also the rentable costumes are a "one-size" so be warned as this might be too small for some.
