On November 11th, at around 6:00 PM, I visited your store to make a purchase. A lady at the checkout counter appeared visibly displeased when we paid in cash. During the transaction, she repeatedly complained and even made remarks suggesting dissatisfaction with the small amount of our purchase. I paid in cash only because the sign in the store clearly stated that card payments were not accepted for purchases under $10. I was genuinely surprised to be treated this way. I believe this employee’s attitude does not reflect the level of professionalism your store should uphold.

Kuo Hua Supermarket in Richmond is a fantastic spot for anyone looking to explore Taiwanese products. The variety here is impressive, from frozen foods to kitchenware, and the drink selection is diverse and satisfying. The snack aisle is a treat, offering a great range of choices that are hard to find elsewhere. I love how they bring in seasonal items like mooncakes, which adds a festive touch to the shopping experience. The staff are always helpful and make you feel welcome. Plus, there's plenty of parking available, making it a convenient stop. Whether you're stocking up on essentials or just browsing, Kuo Hua is definitely worth a visit!

December 2024 We were so excited to find this can food and dry goods gem. Pricing is so much better compared to many other grocery store we visited. The only down side there were no fresh produce, fruit or daily product. Well organized and neatly displayed. Since we are traveling here from Texas. We are packing many dry goods and snacks home. Highly recommend this place and we will return whenever we revise Richmond.

Lots of bulk foods and good deals if you’re familiar with the brands as you’ll get more savings are you buy in bulk. It’s basically a small warehouse with snacks, drinks, and other goodies. Parking lot is small and only allows for 30 minutes of parking which is sufficient. Great place to look for cheap snacks to try out.

The best place to go for all of your chinese/taiwanese drinks and snacks. They offer a decen revolvong selection as well so every month you will find new products. They also sell food and home goods but i mainly shop here for the snacks and i am rarely dissapointed. The staff are very friendly and super helpfull when looking for something specific or even just to be shown whats new.
