On Sunday, the store was scheduled to close at 8 PM. Two female employees were working at the time. Although a customer was still shopping and had already said they intended to check out, the staff closed the cash register before the official closing time, leaving credit card as the only payment option — which unfairly forced the customer to pay an additional processing fee

The lady working sunday 18th jan before close was absolutely lovely! So knowledgeable and knew what would suit me and was super chatty and kind. Pitty I am from VIC as I’d be at this store all the time. Can’t wait to use my products 🥰🥰

Ordered from this store over 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received my parcel. There has been little to no communication, and tracking updates have been unhelpful or nonexistent. For a business that takes payment upfront, I expected at least basic reliability or transparency. Unfortunately, this has been a frustrating experience from start to finish. At this point, I can’t recommend ordering from here unless you’re prepared to wait indefinitely or chase them for updates. Very disappointing
