I visited this karaoke bar with a live band near the police box in Shinjuku's Kabukicho district for a birthday event! The bar is spacious and the staff are friendly. Just like regular karaoke, you choose a song, and when the song starts, the drummer and guitarist start playing. You sing along, which gives it a very live feel that karaoke lovers will love. The sound is easy to hear, so it's a great way to relieve stress! The prices were also transparent and reasonable. If I ever get stuck in Kabukicho, this is the place to go. It was fun. Thank you for the meal (^^)
It's great to relax in a comfortable seat and enjoy live karaoke. I'm glad my companion enjoyed it too. The other customers played a lot of songs from the Showa and Heisei eras, and the background music was by ZARD and BOØWY, so the music was just right. The drinks were also delicious.
Good place
2500 yen entry fee
Came there with a group of around 8 friends on a very slow night and it felt distinctly like we were not wanted based on the responses of the 2 employees we interacted with. It wasn’t super late. We were not drunk and belligerent. We just wanted to sing karaoke and have fun. There were 2 customers in the bar before we got there. You’d think they would WANT business. They gave us a price of 1500¥ each per hour and based on the way they were behaving I actually wondered if they gave us a “special” pricing for unwanted customers. To top it off, the place is in a pretty unsavory location in what appears to be a red light district area.
