I hate the way the staff makes me wear a some sort of ziplock on my back pack or bag! They are useless anyway! I hate hate hate this! Stop distrusting and disrespecting your customers, this is now way to do business!
This used to be my go-to store for groceries until the recent incident, where a security guard distressed me and dampened my shopping experience. It's Sunday evening, I was circling the market a few rounds to pick up all items on my list. The security guard approached me in the inside area (past the entrance), insisted to zip tie my 5x7cm purse, that holds my phone, wallet & everything. I was super annoyed and shocked because he just grabbed and touched me, and tried to ziptie my bag with only the announcement "it's the policy". Well where was that policy communicated to customers at entrance? Why making me feel like a criminal when I've been a loyal customer here and did nothing wrong? What could I possibly shop lift with my tiny purse, a $1 lipstick? If the policies are shown to me at the beginning of my shopping, I'd be happy to comply. Disrupting a customer, touching without her consent is very RUDE. I know Vietnamese customs don't really care for personal space and customer service etiquette, but I wouldn't expect it to happen at Lotte mart. The reason I paid for PREMIUM prices here is because of the better shopping environment and service. Now with those removed, I don't see any reasons to come back.
I have a gap time between the transfer fligth lost my mobile in the taxi. The counter staffs are very helpful. They helped me, zero vietnamese speaker, to contact the taxi company and get my phone back. Really appreciate for their sincere help.
a big mall, there are a super market, coffee shop, resturants(a few, not many), boutiques, game center, cinema, gym, ect, there are also many other stores around the mall, you can basically find everything you need here. It's located at a busy crossing, but no traffic lights there, it's somehow difficult to go to the mall from the opposite side of the road.
