my friends and i came here for my friend’s birthday. the staff were a bit short, they seemed stressed and fed up when dealing with us except one lady who we only saw once. there was a broken dial and one microphone we felt was much quieter than the other but when we asked for help with it, the staff insisted it was fine. overall despite this (and the pricey drinks, but it’s london after all), we had a BLAST. we belted wicked and grease the musical and les mis and boogied with the funky lights. it was good fun!

The staff was super nice, except the front desk worker, she was very rude, we had drinks we were finishing and we were going to leave around 10 mins before she came to us as we went to the bar staff who were actually serving the drinks and they said there was no pressure and we could finish our drinks, it was around 1:15 and so closing time was at 2:30 or around that time, she was rude and said “you’ve had 15 mins” very condescending. I asked the bar staff if i was being rude or said anything out of pocket and they said not at all, so i definitely was being respectful . The bar staff was lovely, absolutely amazing, however i won’t be coming back or recommending because of the front of desk woman, she’s horrid.

The overall service and atmosphere was 10/10. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, definitely made us feel great! Gave us all free shots as it was our friend’s birthday which was so kind (delicious shots btw). We ate prior to our karaoke session so n/a for the food. The room was clean and all the equipment were working very well (our voices are gone now from all the singing and shouting LOL). Definitely would come to visit again! 💓

Absolutely incredible night at this karaoke bar! The atmosphere was electric, the song selection was spot on, and everything just felt so fun and welcoming. One of the best parts is that you get your own private booth with friends, which makes the whole experience feel more personal and relaxed — perfect for really letting loose and enjoying yourselves. A special shoutout to Samuel behind the bar — his service was truly second to none. He went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after all night, always friendly, attentive, and made great cocktails! It’s rare to find somewhere that gets both the vibe and the service this right. We’ll definitely be back for more unforgettable nights!
