Lush Shinsaibashi

It is one of the best Lush store I’ve ever visited my whole life. one of their staff named Chaeyoung is so passionate in her job, and huge appreciation also for her to explain everything in such a great english ✨♥️ Bought two items from here and safe to say that I’ll be back for another purchase

I went in a few days ago and was greeted very kindly at the door. Instead of wasting time looking for bath bombs, I turned around asked Hanna where they were. She showed me and when I asked for recommendations, because I knew nothing about them as they were gifts, she gave me her thoughts and recommendations. I was even shown some that were exclusively to Japan (little Shiba Inu ones). Overall, a very easy and friendly experience and Hanna was a massive help.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had the most wonderful experience today at the LUSH Shinsaibashi store thanks to Ten. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and full of positive energy. He even took the time to style my kids’ hair using some of the LUSH products, which absolutely made their day. He showed us around, explained everything so clearly, and introduced us to so many amazing items, all with a big smile and such enthusiasm. You could really feel that he loves what he does. We left with happy hearts, beautiful scents all around, and a full bag of goodies. Please pass on our thanks to Ten, he’s truly an asset to your store and made our visit a highlight of our trip. 💚✨

My cousin and I walked into the Lush store because it smelled so good. The staff were wonderful and showed us some of the best products. We were thinking about buying something. We left the store, but in less than two minutes, we decided to come back and buy some items. That was the best decision ever. Thank you, Hannah!! You all rock!!
