What locals say
Excellent grocery store with a strong selection of fresh foods and household essentials. Consistently good quality and a pleasant shopping environment. The store is bright, clean, and well maintained. It's easy to complete a full grocery trip without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.
Do not buy cheese tteokbokki ($6.99). It seems the warmer wasn’t on, or the item is meant to be taken home and microwaved before eating. Within 3 minutes of purchase, the cheese and rice cakes were cold and hard like a brick. The kimbap is good as usual, freshly made every day around 11 a.m. Good discounts and a wide variety of Korean and Asian groceries.
Tons of fresh and ready to grab food. I came at 3:30 PM and they were already sold out of most Kimbaps (they come out at 2:30). I asked and the worker told me they don’t restock until 10:30am the next day.
I think this place re-branded with new owners? Still a Korean grocer with fresh kimbab and other goodies. Full on grocery store with produce, meats and seafood. The cooked foods are fresh and yummy. FYI a lot of the stuff sells out early so get there early!
Their kimbap is delicious. Great filling to rice ratio and flavourful with good crunch and a combination of textures. Great for sharing.
