I was cutting the watermelon I bought yesterday, and it was mushy already. I don't understand how a watermelon goes bad over a night. I can't drive 1 hour to get a refund, but I won't go there again.

This store is like an Olly's discount. It is part of a crumbling old mall thats long since closed. It's on one end in one of the old stores. It is a no frills stop and has quite a bit of produce as well as grocery items. It is rather dirty inside ( floors, bathrooms) but we'll stocked and seems quite popular with locals. Prices were great on some specialty things but high on things you could find at any WalMart. There was a security guard at entrance, which was odd, but not a negative, I guess. The parking lot is rather post-apocalyptic looking with tall weeds growing from the abundant cracks in the asphalt. Fitting in with the crumbling, abandoned mall around it. We weren't sure the store was even open as there were maybe 3 other cars. We found two of the specialty items we were looking for at much cheaper prices than area, so we were happy. Would probably not go back there again though. Just a weird, kind of creepy vibe to it all! Lol.

The best Korean grocery store! Worth the drive. I got so many things ans the prices were very reasonable. They also have a bakery in the front. We got the mango mousse, oreo mousse cake, and Dubai chocolate strawberry cup. They were delicious! Will be back again very soon.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this store. I purchased a large soup pot from this location and used it for the first time to make soup. After simmering for a few hours, the inside coating of the pot started peeling off badly. This is clearly a serious product defect and also a health concern, as the coating ended up in the food. Before visiting the store, I called the customer service center to explain the situation and ask how to proceed. I was told that the person in charge was out due to the winter storm and that I should come in today. I followed their instructions and brought the pot to the store as advised. However, when I arrived, I was told that the person in charge was not there so I had to wait for her to show. She finally came and she repeatedly said, “This has never happened before,” and implied that the issue was impossible (?!!!?? Excuse me??) as if I had made it up. I purchased the pot and used it for one day, exactly as intended. I did not misuse it, and this damage did not occur over time. They are selling poor quality item and why do I have to go through this??! Even if this falls under a different department, the product was purchased at this store, and basic customer service responsibility should still apply. On top of that, I had also purchased soup ingredients from another store, which I had to throw away and could not return. As a result, I was left with both a defective product and wasted groceries. What made this experience even worse was the dismissive attitude. At one point, the response felt rushed and irritated, as if helping me was an inconvenience, rather than a legitimate customer concern. I was not asking for a favor or “begging” for a return .. I was simply requesting appropriate assistance for a defective product. As a regular customer who shops here almost every week, this experience was shocking and unacceptable. Making a customer feel blamed, dismissed, and uncomfortable when reporting a valid issue is not how customer service should operate. After this experience, I honestly feel hesitant to shop here again, because it feels unsafe to speak up when something goes wrong. I sincerely hope management takes this seriously and improves both product accountability and how customer concerns are handled in the future
