Came over to celebrate a friends birthday, was a lot of fun. Staff showed us to our room and there are a lot of songs to choose from tho the console and be a little laggy

The rooms were clean, the sound system was solid, and the song selection had everything we wanted. Staff were super friendly and quick to help with anything we needed. It’s rare to find a karaoke spot that feels this welcoming and well-run. Definitely my go-to in Richmond now. Highly recommend!

Great experience and very accommodating, despite our self caused issues. Would recommend, very private and spacious rooms, and th vibes seem pretty chill. The staff is also very friendly. They also have attractive staff, definitely not forced, and I would come back again

We were greeted with unwelcoming staff at the front. They have a $15 spend per person on top of the charge for the room per hour. They also sneak in a MANDATORY 12% TIP on top of drinks and the room charge and they ask for tip on the machine on top of that. They never really “served” us, just brought us to the room. Reminder to read your bill and know where to bring your business to!
