We had such a great experience at Hot To Grill And Hot Pot! The restaurant was super clean, cozy, and the food was absolutely delicious — everything was so fresh and full of flavor. The quality really stood out, and we’ll definitely be coming back again soon. A big special thanks to Shawn, who was incredibly kind and helpful. He guided us through the menu and helped us choose the best dishes and a perfect spot to sit. Thanks for making our visit even more enjoyable!

Honestly, there was 3 of us.We went out there to with high hopes.Food was amazing.They crammed us on the 2 person table, 3 of us, the whole night.The broth was in my face.All my close my close smell like smoke.there was barely, any space for us to eat are food.That was really tight and crammed. there was open tables, we asked if he can move us to a octave words comfortable over 3 people to eat in a relaxing environment.He told us if he gives us the bigger table.How can you make business?The table was unknown finished. Other than the uncomfortableness , it was good food

I really enjoyed my experience at Mix2Grill Hot Pot. The food was very delicious, full of flavour, and the customer service was kind and welcoming as well. Overall, I had a nice experience and would love to come back again. My only concern is the cleanliness and hygiene. The restroom needs more attention, and some of the items around the tables, like the glasses, salt and pepper shakers, and spice containers, did not look very clean. Other than that, I genuinely liked the experience and hope to see a little more attention to cleanliness because the food and service were honestly very good.I really enjoyed my experience at Mix2Grill Hot Pot. Big thanks to Alice and the entire team for such a smooth experience. We made a reservation and waited about 30 minutes, which honestly wasn’t bad at all considering how busy this place gets, definitely book ahead because it fills up fast. The customer base is super diverse, which is always a good sign. We went with the Korean BBQ + Chinese Hot Pot combo, and that was easily the best choice. You get variety, control your flavors, and it’s great value for the price, easily the best bang for your buck here. Food quality was solid, service was attentive, and the overall atmosphere was lively without feeling chaotic. Perfect spot for groups, dates, or anyone who wants a fun, interactive dining experience. We’ll definitely be back with more people like we said!

One word to describe this place: delicious. It’s honestly rare and refreshing to find a halal BBQ spot in downtown Toronto, and this one really delivers. I came here with friends and had a great experience. The food was exceptional—highlights for me were the beef, tongue, chicken wings, and seafood. I definitely ate a lot and felt like I got great value for what I paid. The pricing is reasonable and not overly expensive, which makes it even better. I also really appreciated the setup. The electric grills with built-in ventilation make it easy to cook without leaving smelling like smoke, which is a big plus. Service was excellent as well. The staff were friendly, attentive, and never made us feel rushed, which made the whole experience more enjoyable. If I had one suggestion, it would be to improve the sauces. Since they’re a big part of the flavor, having more variety or higher-quality options would take the experience to the next level. Overall, I love that this place is fully halal, well-located, and serves genuinely great food. I’d definitely come back.
