They have a wide variety and the prices are reasonable. However, please train your sales staff! It's so frustrating not being able to get any help with the products, especially if you're new to Korean cosmetics. Sometimes it feels like they're doing you a favor, and they make you feel uncomfortable for asking questions... you should learn from Sephora for example, they really make you feel welcome .

Avoid entirely they LIE and honestly if it wasn’t for the weather I would’ve been much angrier. They pretended like they couldn’t return what I wanted to return until I asked for an exchange for an item that was more expensive and kept making up random rules. They cited silly things like the stuff I got from another store they don’t stock etc and sent me to other branches and how the system won’t allow a return due to a promotion.Both the workers here and the customer service crew are guilty of this and have been sending me on a goose chase. AVOID practically SCAMMERS they were able to do the return as I requested from the beginning but lied the entire time and sent me on a goose chase.

Visited the shop recently and Tommy was so helpful! They didn’t have what I was looking for but she showed me something similar and it’s amazing! Definitely go here if you’re new to kbeauty and want some great advice. The girls at the till were so lovely too.

Horrific experience! Attended the new moida store opening in London battersea- staff couldn’t care less about non-ticket holders and only seemed interested in profit! I know they had no shows for the goodbags both the £170 & £100 ones I saw them at the back of the till -staff could have given these away but chose not too! I saw them hurrying stuffing them away! There were strong rumours of no shows via socials for the store opening - so apparently there was a chance to still collect a bag - even if you didn’t get ticket but despite talking to staff multiple staff members and showing them evidence of this - they claimed it was hearsay!!! …..yeah right!!!!! Causing nothing but humiliation and disappointment for customers I will not be spending a penny at this store! Will be unsubscribing ASAP!!! Most of the products are overpriced and are for caucasian skin tones anyway!!! If you want K Beauty try other stores PURESEOUL or SKINCUPID these are much more generous and hold more fairer promotions!!!! Disgusted by the moida brand and the staff involved in the store opening !!!

Needed help with last minute Christmas gifts so I ended up here; the store was bright, clean and filled with products. The staff were welcoming too! So I'm not familiar with skincare but Hazel assisted me in finding suitable products for my mother and aunt. Tried some of the products myself and purchased sunscreen. Quite happy with the product costs and the testers were a nice touch. Turns out my family were happy with the gifts so it looks like I'll be visiting again in due time, cheers!
