Muguboka Restaurant

This is one of my favorite spots for Korean food. The atmosphere inside is cozy and comforting, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal. The food is always delicious, fairly priced, and served in reasonable portions. I’m usually not a big fan of tteokbokki, but this place cooks it perfectly every time. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. They even give me a free plate of gyoza whenever I visit. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great Korean food, affordable prices, and excellent service!

Always a joy coming here and one of my favorite food spots in the city. Korean food with a touch of homeliness to it. There’s also always a mystery freebie item they give out (could be dumplings or soup). The seafood pancake and bibimbap is to die for.

Very bad experience ordering through DoorDash here. I ordered the seafood tofu soup, Bulgogi and Dae Ji Bulgogi. The meat taste expired, doesn’t seem hygienic. It is not edible and the seafood tofu soup had only one shrimp in it.

This restaurant is located on Balboa and 4th Ave with a variety of Korean dishes at an affordable price. It is well known by the locals. The food is tasty and has a well balanced Korean flavor. The seafood and kimchi pancakes are one of their signature dishes. Highly recommend their chapchae and pulgogi or marinated meat dish. The staff is very friendly and go above and beyond l , ,whether it is crowded or slow they will always help you to serve the food in a timely manner. Highly recommend this restaurant for families and small groups. It gets very crowded during the weekend and you may have to wait to be seated.

This is one of my go-to spots! Everything is always so delicious, and whenever I bring friends here, they always love it too. This time I ordered takeout, and I was honestly so impressed I had to leave a review. I got the kimchi pork belly and added tofu. When I opened the package at home… wow!! They packed the main dish so generously and included so many side dishes too. And of course, the food tastes amazing!! Compared to other places, the prices are really reasonable, and every single side dish is good. The kimchi and kkakdugi taste super fresh — you can tell they make them in-house! Pretty sure I’m about to completely overeat tonight 😂
