NAMSAN POCHA 남산 포차

I visited Namsan Pocha on my birthday, on January 22, after a pretty horrible breakup. I had decided to spend the day by myself, in Frankfurt and was looking for a cosy place where being alone would still feel comfortable. That’s how I found this restaurant, and I’m genuinely glad I did. I wasn’t feeling my best that evening and didn’t have much of an appetite, so I wasn’t even sure if I should go. But I did, and the moment I walked in, I immediately felt welcomed. The atmosphere is super cute and warm, for me it’s the kind of place that immediately puts you at ease because it feels almost familial. And the team had the best vibe. As I was short on time before catching my train, and I honestly couldn’t decide what to get because everything looked yummy, I asked for a recommendation. The friendly waiter recommended chimaek to me, and it turned out to be exactly what I had needed that day. It was fun to eat and comforting in the way good comfort food is. (Even if I briefly struggled with the flat chopsticks and may have embarrassed myself for a moment there😂.) I ended up leaving the restaurant with teary eyes, surprised at how a rather sad birthday had been gently softened in the most unexpected way. Thank you for cheering me up that day without even realising it. Food is more than just a meal in the end~ I wish you continued success for Namsan Pocha. 🤍🙇🏻‍♀️

Good food and nice atmosphere😍 We came here for lunch and ordered several dishes along with soju. Enjoying the experience so much! Next time for K-BBQ in the terrace area!

All I can say that this restaurant beats all Korean restaurants that I’ve been in Frankfurt!! Everything was sooo delicious 🤍✨

A friend and I came here for the first time and the food has that comforting homecooked vibe and is also vegetarian-friendly. They also have a good drink selection and the staff is really nice! Highly recommend :)

Fantastic Korean food! Very nice patio and excellent service. The prices are also very reasonable. Highly recommended!!!
