Cash-only shop. Paid ¥10,000 for a ¥6,230 purchase. My change should have been ¥3,770. When I got home, I found only ¥270 in coins. The ¥500 coins were clearly stolen. I have been calling to complain, but no one answers the phone. This is unacceptable.

Very disappointing experience with Nasco Group. My 25kg order (rice, dates, and hair oil) arrived damaged — the hair oil leaked and ruined 7 package of dates, 2 rices bag . They ignored my emails and WhatsApp messages, you call they done response for 2 weeks, finally replied after Japan post followed them. When they finally replied, they promised full replacement of damaged items but sent only 1 package of rice and date, oil. ignoring my request for confirmation before shipping. Unprofessional, poor communication, and unreliable after-sales service. Not recommended.
