What locals say
Excellent staff and service, and the massage was really good. The place is a bit hard to find at first, but it's on the 6th floor of a building, and you sign in at the lobby. Everything is pretty straightforward after that. The place is a bit tiny, and the sauna can barely fit 2 smallish people. So if you're tall or claustrophobic that can be a problem. But they've made great use of the space and the ambiance is gentle, just what you need for a relaxing massage. We went in for the sauna and a massage after a long hike to Pico De Orizaba. While the pressure was a bit light for us (not their fault, we should've asked for Swedish or Deep Tissue), but they found all the right spots and fixed them, leaving us feeling great afterwards. Gracias Nemiia!! We will be back, and certainly recommend them! Give yourself this treat.
I went and got my version of a “Beach Buff and Shine” and was so impressed with the three services that I received, and can’t wait to go back! I did a Pedicure, Body Scrub and Hydrofacial and it was the best 3 hours of my trip. The girls were great and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Yes… might be a bit more than other places but that is because of the products they use and the overall experience!
I booked a relaxing massage and I felt like the masseuse did not have real training or experience giving actual real massages based on established techniques. She was mostly just rubbing oil and caressing my body and the massage wasn’t cheap compared to other places in the area. I would not recommend
Liz is the best masseuse I have had in a very long time. I extended the massage with 30 minutes because it was so good. She is a professionally trained masseuse and Physical therapist and was able to resolve my Achilles and neck pain. Cannot recommend her enough!
I am confused by these reviews. This place was terrible. I booked a massage and a pedicure. I regret it so much. First, the massage was super weak. I felt like I had no privacy and the therapist didn’t seem to understand bed etiquette or just privacy. For one, many times during the massage she kept leaving me exposed and not covering me properly. The bed was super uncomfortable! It’s basically just a piece of wood without cushion. It was so uncomfortable. The massage was weak and some movements felt awkward and not intentional. I hated it. Now, the pedicure! I think this was the worse part. First, they say gel polish. That is not gel. They didn’t cure the nail. Nothing. Also, she struggled to remove some of my gel residue and didn’t appear to even know how to remove it. She didn’t have the proper tools. Getting the pedicure service started was a mess! First, they tried to put me on the bed while I soak my feet. This was virtually impossible as my feet could not reach. She then moved me to a chair and took forever to set up. Then the water was cold. Omg like an absolute mess. I wanted to leave so badly
