Waitresses was rude, had a very nasty attitude. Took forever for her to even come into our room. Hostess was drunk. Literally fell over when walking us to the room. The only good thing was security! Definitely not worth the money spent

I had a really fun time at this karaoke bar with my friends—the energy was great and they have an awesome selection of songs to choose from. It made for a super fun night out. One thing I wish had been communicated more clearly was that a 20% tip was already included. The server handed me the portable POS to complete the payment for my bucket of drinks without showing the itemization, so I didn’t realize gratuity had already been added. It would’ve been nice to have that transparency upfront. I tipped the extra 20% because I didn’t know tip was already included. Two stars off for that. Overall, still a great spot for karaoke and a fun night with friends! 🎤

This was my (and my group's) first time doing a karaoke room. We thought it would be fun to try for a birthday. I booked online and paid the deposit of $60 for the small room - fair enough. When we arrived we were greeted by a locked door and an armed security guard who seemed to be on his first shift. After standing awkwardly in the "holding room" downstairs we were allowed to go upstairs. I ended up being charged another $94 for the room - on the site it says it is $120 for the small room. The prices are deceiving and you are not provided with any receipts so my calculation is that the room has a ~20% service added so ended up paying $154 for just the room for 2 hours. It is "pay as you go" for drinks and there is a 20% fee added to each transaction but the servers will still ask you for an additional tip so be aware. We learned that you can go to the bar and grab drinks since our server was not super attentive. The room we had (room 202) was an absolute sauna and not in a good way. We asked multiple times to have the heat turned off but the best they could do was prop the door open which sorta defeats the point of a private karaoke room. Everything in the room was "sticky" and the place gives a strip club vibe. Also having to do the songs from YouTube kind of sucks. There are plenty of fun karaoke bars in the city with better vibes, better drinks and better service for WAY less money. My rec is Sidekicks in Irving Park.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Came here for my friend’s birthday, and I wish we would’ve went somewhere else. Atmosphere- they have you using YOUTUBE. The internet was slow so the songs were lagging or just not loading while ppl were performing. The microphones were going in and out. We could hear the music from the bar’s karaoke. Service- waitress had an attitude. Wasn’t personable at all. I think her name was Jasmine. We got in the room late and she rudely came and told us Time was up AFTER we were told we would get our full time. Food and drinks- food was trash. Got the wings and they were those fatty small freezer wings. Fries were $9 for a small amount. Drinks were okay but def overpriced! They AUTOMATICALLY ADD GRATUITY! And then ask for more after your transaction. It’s literally robbery. Security- they were cool. Would’ve rather had them be our host/waitress. All and all I would not recommend and won’t be back.

First time here, went with a group of friends for a friends birthday celebration. Security is tight and can take a little while to get through so it's better to be early for your reservation. Was fun, would go back if in the mood for a karaoke bar.
