Simple menu featuring a variety of gimbap flavours, ramyeon, tteokbokki, Korean street food, and bingsu. Food was served quickly and tasted good. There’s no QR code for ordering. Still using a traditional menu, and you order and pay at the cashier. One downside: the staff wasn't flexible with swapping the gimbap flavour in the set menu, even when I offered to top up the price difference.
It’s alright but might not be my go to option for Korean food in Singapore. The portions are very solo-diner friendly though! Here’s what I tried: Special Tteokbokki: Twigim was good, tteok was okay and I particularly enjoyed their kimbap, bursting with various ingredients, including sausage and bulgogi! Their tteokbokki carried a savoury spicy taste, mildly spicy at first before the heat kicks in a few moments later. I did notice there was barely any soup/sauce in their tteokbokki.. I wish there was more. The portion was a little smaller than I was expecting but I’m guessing it’s not meant for sharing! Bingsu: Fluffy but lacked flavour. Overall, it’s a decent spot for a quick Korean fix but I have to say the seasoning is more suited to the local taste.
Wanted to have a bite and saw this dessert shop so went in to try. There was no service as we have to sit ourselves, there's no qr code to scan for online menu, nobody pass us any menu and we have to figure out what to do ourselves. When food is ready we have to self collect too and we even returned the dishes our own. Not much of an issue but for such hawker centre coffeeshop style, the prices does not justify. Cant remember if there was service charge but definitely no service. Food wise was alright, love that they have food items like ramyeon and gimbap instead of solely dessert. Ramyeon was good, gimbap has decent quantity ingredients, taste could be better. The bingsu was alright too. Nothing special in the taste. But the good point is they have regular and large size options. This is helpful for people who cant take too much cold stuffs. Wouldn't mind eating again if we do pass by and wants a dessert but definitely wont specially go back for it.
came offpeak and the bingsu is so good. love their flavours and how fluffy their shaved milk ice is. their milkshakes are also delicious, albeit on the sweeter side. their tteokbokki, ramyeon and gimbap are pretty solid too, but their bingsu is definitely the star of the show offpeak their service is very fast and the seating is comfy. chatted with friends for almost 2h there and the staff didnt mind :) would come back,,, nice place to chill hehehee :)
I had a really good experience at Nunsaram, Westgate. I got the banana choco bingsu and it was so good — refreshing, delicious, and the perfect sweet treat. The portion was satisfying, and the dessert was really enjoyable overall. Definitely a great place to visit if you’re craving bingsu!
