Used to have more Injeolmi bean powder inside out the ice shave when I order the regular size bingsu. Today I ordered the big size bingsu and the bean powder is only on the surface. Have to top up is not enough. It will be great if it is the same as regular size. Inside the layers there are Injeolmi powder too.
Got the large mango and milo bingsu. Both were delicious! Mango bingsu had many chunks of sweet mango and milo bingsu came with milo balls. Easily fed 3 ppl per bingsu and more. Highly recommend 👍
We ordered gimbap, dessert tteokbokki, and bingsu, and everything hit. The gimbap was simple but really fresh and comforting. The dessert tteokbokki was my favorite soft, chewy rice cakes with a slightly sweet sauce that somehow works way better than I expected (lowkey obsessed). And the bingsu was super fluffy and light, not overly sweet at all. def coming back again
Located in Bugis Junction, it serves bingsu and few other Korean dishes. Self service here. Tried 3 of their Bingsu series. Milo, Greentea and soyabean. The ice were fluffy, and the flavourings are spot on. The mochi in the soyabean one when starting to eat is nice and chewy but after a while, it gets hard due to the cold. The redbeans in the greentea were a complement to the taste, and the milo has milo balls that are cruncy but again will be soggy after a while. Space is quite compact as you a get a very small table for 2 person to share and eat and go. Overall, ok.
i tried their mango bingsu for the first time and it was so delicious juicy and fresh:) the mangos on top were used generously and goes so well with the sauce on the side. such a refreshing treat after walking around the mall!! definitely wanna try their matcha bingsu next time
