Olle Korean Barbecue

Visited for the dinner on a Friday with a group of five persons and the restaurant was literally full. Fortunately we made a reservation in advance. Our table was in the basement floor. Ordered a couple of starters and followed by Wagyu set, ox tongue, pork, hotpot rice and cold noodles. The quality of Wagyu and ox tongue was not the top notch but the rest of the traditional Korean dishes were fine. It’s pity that the place was a bit too smoky and chokey with all the BBQ grills on full function. The ventilation has a big room for improvement. However, the service there was excellent. All wait staff were pleasant and well trained. As a side incident, one of the person from our group had left her wallet unattended in the restaurant after settling the bill and leaving the restaurant. She was not aware of the lost until she received an email message from the restaurant management team at 10:30pm informing her about the lost wallet and suggesting her to collect it the following day when the restaurant opens. She eventually returned to the restaurant at 12pm on the following day and the helpful staff handed her the wallet with everything intact, including a few hundred pounds and three credit cards. This is London and such a good thing happened was really a miracle. This restaurant has an amazing team.

I had a great experience at this Korean restaurant. The staff were very friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the authentic Korean flavors and fresh ingredients. Everything was served nicely and tasted amazing. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone who loves Korean food.

Olle Korean BBQ in Chinatown was absolutely incredible! My friend Sanish recommended it, and it exceeded every expectation. Everything we tried was amazing, but the standout dishes were definitely the marinated pork belly and beef — the flavors were unbelievably good, and the marinade was perfectly balanced, exactly how I imagined it would be. Huge compliments to the chef because the seasoning was spot on. The enoki mushrooms were also a delicious highlight and paired so well with everything else. If you’re craving authentic, flavorful Korean BBQ, this place is a must-visit!

I visited Olle Korean Barbecue for the first time, and everything was absolutely perfect. Since it was my first experience, I wasn’t sure what or how to order, but the staff were incredibly helpful. They guided us through the menu, explained how to prepare the food, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire experience. On top of that, one of the staff members assisted us directly with the cooking, which made everything even more enjoyable. Both the service and the food were outstanding. We felt very well taken care of, guided, and genuinely welcomed. I highly recommend this place with confidence. It was a great first experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Nice Korean BBQ restaurant in the heart of London, on the edge of Chinatown and a stone throw from Piccadilly Circus. Meat quality is the highlight, with tasty beef overall and of course the Wagyu. Decor and atmosphere is classy and colourful, a good place to come with friends or colleagues. Their downstairs dining space is large, and we were lucky to be seated at the very nice table in the alcove. Prices were in the range for similar high end Korean restaurants. Only letdown was the service which was very slow and not very attentive. Overall I’d definitely recommend it if you’re in the area, I’ve been to multiple other Korean BBQ and this one definitely stands out for their meat and nice atmosphere.
