Absolutely fantastic food. Some of the best meat I have ever had. But the service and friendliness of the servers was terrible. You figure after spending the money we did, we ordered the Wagu beef selection, they’d treat us a bit better than they did. I’d go back for the food. But definitely will not be giving any tip.

Truly authentic Korean bbq experience. We ordered the beef set menu and it was way beyond expectations. The side dishes were very authentic and really good. Some reviews were critical of the price but considering the variety and quality of the side dishes, the price felt very fair. Meat quality was fantastic and the kimchi stew was extremely good. As a Korean 10/10 would come back here anytime I’m craving authentic Korean bbq experience.

Last night in Frankfurt - found a highly rated Korean BBQ restaurant named “ ONDO “ located in the outskirts of Frankfurt . Food was good - beef , chicken snd belly pork with generous spread of Korean kimchi and other pickles .

Truely exceptional experience. The staff makes sure to explain everything about the food and grilling in a friendly, patient and knowledgable manner. The food is so tasty and sides are amazing. Leave the room for dessert.

If you're looking for an authentic Korean BBQ experience in Frankfurt city, Ondo is a fantastic choice. The staff is friendly and helpful and they provide great explanations and skillfully grill the meat for you at the beginning, ensuring it's cooked perfectly. The meat quality is top tier, and while the prices are on the higher side, it’s well worth it. I also really like the variety of side dishes (banchan), which were delicious and easily refillable. The starters are tasty as well, though the portion sizes are a bit small. However, there is one small comment that the grill pan seems to be a bit wearing off, causing the meat to stick quite a bit. Overall, a great spot for high-quality Korean BBQ 👍
