This was a fun experience. We did the Onsen followed by set dinner menu. The spa was so relaxing especially because we were sore from workout/a lot of walking previous day. The dinner was beautiful and delicious. It is on the smaller portion size but we had already planned a 2nd dinner later in the night! It was a stop in a very long bar/restaurant hop

The idea is good, and the entrance area is nice, but a couple of things made this experience disappointing The regular sauna is not hot, warm at best. Also you cant pour over water of the oven to make humidity higher make perceived heat higher. The regular sauna also has a constant loud pump working which made it hard to relax. The steam sauna is super intensely hot, which is great, but had a iffy smell to it, which made it hard to enjoy. There is no cold plunge, which is fine. The music in the main area and closet area is way too upbeat. And yeah, the environment around the sauna is the ugliest and most dirty area in San Francisco. So relaxation right before and after is tough. Last but not least: most of the reviews are for the restaurant that the sauna area shares the space with. Misleading if you think others have rated highly where you want to go. I probably wont come back, as much as i hoped that this would be a good sauna place. Bummer.

Came here on a Sunday and got there with 2 friends for our 6:15 pm reservation. Good: - Logistics were super smooth from the moment we entered the room! The staff were super nice - The food was very tasty, but the portions were on the smaller side overall - The onsen was a bit smaller than expectations and everyone is just in the same central area the whole time. It doesn't feel too crowded but even if you are whispering you can hear a lot since it's so packed - The place is super cutely decorated! That was my favorite part. Bad: - The price is high for the experience since it's $120 for sauna + dinner.

This hidden gem is what we've been waiting for all along. We had no idea there was a portal to gastronomica orgasmica here and our tastebuds are delighted. The dinner set was so delicious I sometimes forgot to take a picture of what was served. The staff accommodating my gluten-free and meat-free diet was top notch and the off-the-cuff prepared substitutions were out of this world. The junmai sake surprised me as I normally don't care for filtered - please do yourself a favor and have a tasty glass!

Such a great experience. Very clean, calming and curated. They limit the number of people, so it didn’t feel crowded like other spas. Food was very well made and delicious. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing experience spa (sauna, soak, steam, cold plunge) + dinner
