Oseyo Victoria

Yesterday at around 6:30 in the evening, I visited your store intending to make a purchase. I waited in line, and when it was my turn, I greeted the staff member at the till. To my surprise, she did not return my greeting. I thought perhaps she might have been distracted, so I let it pass. However, once the transaction was completed, I thanked her politely once again — yet she still offered no response, not even a simple nod or smile. Feeling somewhat awkward, I even said “bye-bye” as I was leaving, but she completely ignored me. The experience left me feeling utterly insulted and disgusted — as though I had stepped into something unpleasant. As I walked out of the shop, I couldn’t help but glance back, and at that moment I became convinced that her silence had been intentional; she was clearly aware of me, and our eyes met briefly through the corner of her gaze. Never in my life have I been treated so discourteously while simply trying to buy something. This occurred at around 6:24 p.m. on Saturday, 1st November — the female staff member at the checkout counter. I have no intention of ever returning to this store. What an appallingly unpleasant place to shop.

Great Korean shop with snacks, drinks, instant ramen, noodles and a large frozen food section. Come here often to buy groceries when I want to make Korean recipes with ingredients not commonly found elsewhere. Staff are always helpful and friendly although one should note that they do not accept cash as part of their store policy. They also stock a lot of Japanese, Chinese and south east asian items which is really nice. Pictured below is a one of my many mini-hauls

So happy to see Oseyo in victoria!!!! The shop is very new and had a lot of Japanese, korean, chinese and other south east asian stocks :)!! It was very clean and had a great variety :)!! Will be back :)

Their discount price is fake. They are not honest. If a product is discounted, the receipt will show the correct total with discount, but they still charge you the full price before the discount. This is the second time it’s happened to me. I think the cashier system should pass the correct price to the credit card reader easily and automatically, but it doesn’t. If you don’t ask for a receipt, you will never know you didn't get any discount. Even if you get the receipt, we may found that you were charged differently. Be careful.

Oseyo Victoria is an Asian shop located in Victoria Place within the train station. It sells lots of interesting items, including a great variety of Asian snacks and products. It’s a really fun place to browse and pick up something different.Overall, a great shop and definitely worth a visit 10/10 ⭐.
