We inherited a spa when we moved into our house 13 years ago and had no idea what to do with it--we couldn't even figure out how to turn it on. Ryan's name and contact information were in paperwork from the previous owner so we contacted him and were extremely pleased with his willingness to walk us through all of the basics of operation and maintenance. He worked with us through the declining years of that spa, working some magic to keep it on life supports until we were ready for a new spa. Our available space is limited and access to our property is extremely complicated---Ryan helped us jump through all of the hoops so that we could install the most spa for the available space and get it installed. In addition to all of this help, the Pacific Coast Spa team are always there to help us with regular maintenance and any additional needs we might have. Ryan and his team are the best!! I would not suggest any other resource for a spa purchase, any needed repairs, or regular maintenance.

Ryan and Paul, along with the entire staff, have been phenomenal to work with. They're knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely care about their customers' experience. The quality of their work is top-notch, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. The health benefits from detoxification and stress relief are incredible and Finnleo is simply the best!!

I purchased a Finnleo sauna from Pacific Coast Sauna & Spas 4 years ago. Had no issues the whole time, last weekend the panel stopped working. Ryan came over today and fixed it right away. Love my Sauna and would definitely recommend getting one from Pacific Coast Sauna & Spas.

We Purchased a Marquis spa from Pacific coast spa. As soon as we started to need repairs things went south. They are happy to charge you a LOT for a service call (around $150 per service call), but they will not do diagnosis or help you fix a problem, they prefer to just keep coming out and charging you a Lot for services calls, once you start complaining they simply will not call you back. My post is not wrong You have the purchase under my wife's name Anne Chasson. One charge was $135 the other was $168.

Ryan at Pacific Coast Sauna & Spa was responsive, communicative and reliable. He worked with me consistently from my initial call to installation, following through with arranging all details required to get our sauna installed and operating. He turnaround time was amazing, his and his crew's work both professional and conforming to the color scheme of our home, and the sauna is great.
