I had a pedicure with Celina and was everything perfect, the place is very beautiful and clean, the team is really nice, I will definitely come back.

The pedicure was well done and the staff was nice. However, the ‘hot oil massage’ part of the treatment I had booked was ignored on the day. So I ended up paying 75€ for just a pedicure and shellac, which is ridiculous. I did not bring it up to the staff as I felt awkward to ‘demand’ a foot massage. But it’s not something clients should have to remind the staff of to start with! If a massage is supposed to be included in the service, you can’t just conveniently ‘forget’ about it and then still not notice when charging the full price at the end.

I booked a spontaneous massage for my grandma and I was so happy that I did! The staff was very friendly, cooperative and very patient. The masseur Garciella went above and beyond to make it memorable for my grandma, and was so kind! Highly recommend the place. Maybe next time I’m in Frankfurt I’ll get something done for myself too! 😍 great location, clean interior and amenities, prices were decent too!

The spa is nice, and overall the staff was friendly. During the treatment, I had to remind the lady of what services I should be getting because she almost skipped some parts. Then, at the end, I was rushed out by the receptionist (despite my nails not being dry). When I got home, my toenails were messed up from my shoes. For 50€ + charges, I expected better service.
