Palm Tree Karaoke

Came to L.a for a bachelor/bachelorette party and we’re referred to this bar by a friend. We ended up polishing off our nights to one of their private rooms. Which was perfect for some of the shyer people in our group. The ambiance was right and the drinks were better, would love to come back again for my next visit!

Tried to leave to go to a different karaoke spot, and they wouldn’t let us leave even though we tried to tell them we didn’t touch anything and decided right when we got in. Horrible management and said we couldn’t afford the karaoke here. Made us pay and wouldn’t let us pay cash…? It’s confusing but don’t come here. **Update after their response: they told us they would allow our two friends in that aren't 21 after we told them we changed our mind, but we said no because they are not of age and we would go somewhere else. So I don't really understand the "following the laws" comment they put down. We didn't understand why we were getting charged if we did not use any of the services and were trying to get someone that spoke English to communicate with us during the time we were there to ask questions. Take it how you want to take it, but an establishment not allowing you to change your mind when you get there and didn't use their service is not customer service in any way. We got charged for 30 minutes btw and a food platter but we didn't use the room or ate any of the food.... lol.

The place is beautiful and you can feel the good energy and vibes since the moment you step in. The service is very friendly, they welcome with good positivity and attitude. The prices are reasonable. I got the standard package which comes with a bottle or Soju (depends which one you choose) and tasty food and juicy fruits.

Came from Canada for a Bachelor party and needed a quick place to have a gathering with some friends. Honestly, I'm very impressed with their quick service, super friendly staff and impeccable timing when checking on us. Not so frequent but not so less that were needing to ask them so often. I don't give 5 stars like Ellen gives away free stuff. So I'm truly impressed with this place. A great place to host any event, celebration or just to share a good time with your friends.
