They explained the dishes clearly, helped with grilling, and made sure everything was comfortable, which added a lot to the dining experience. In terms of food, Palsaik doesn’t focus on premium, high-end cuts of beef like some luxury Korean BBQ spots. Instead, the menu is designed to be accessible, with prices kept at a very reasonable level. This makes it a great choice for everyday dining, fitting well within the budget of most people while still delivering satisfying flavors. The side dishes (banchan) were plentiful, fresh, and varied, which paired nicely with the hot pot and grilled items. Overall, Palsaik is not about exclusivity or premium luxury — it’s about good Korean BBQ that’s affordable, served with excellent hospitality. Perfect for groups of friends, families, or anyone looking for a hearty and friendly dining experience without breaking the bank.

Everything was wonderful. Even though it was very busy during the Lunar New Year and the restaurant was completely full, the staff still tried their best to arrange a table for me and took great care of us. It’s definitely worth experiencing, and I would come back again next time. Thank you so much to Manager Hoang . She was very dedicated and took great care of us, even though we had to wait quite a while.

Absolutely fantastic Korean BBQ experience! The food was amazing, with a great variety of pork BBQ platters that were cooked to perfection. They even serve ice-cold Soju, which was a delightful touch! Special shoutout to our server, Yumi, who was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and made the whole dining experience even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone craving authentic Korean BBQ!

This BBQ spot isn’t very spacious, but it’s still comfortable enough to enjoy your time. I’ve been here twice with two different groups of friends, and both times everyone really liked it. The meat is fresh, flavorful, and grills up nicely. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the food comes out quickly, so you don’t have to wait long. The side dishes (panchan) aren’t as varied as in some other Korean BBQ places I’ve tried, but they’re still decent. Prices are pretty reasonable too—especially when you’re sharing with a group 😆✨ Overall, I really enjoyed my time there and would definitely come back 👍

We enjoyed the meal, however for the price the portion was small. The picture looks like a lot, but when it’s in front of you and cooked it’s small. We got the 1.8million option for 4-6 people. We were two adults & 2 kids and it was not enough protein and veggies. The unlimited sides were good. The service was good, but we had to prompt & ask for more sides vs. the servers noticing it and offer more. We were the only customer in the restaurant with at least 6 staff. The server grilled the food for us, but would leave after every portion and didn’t ask if we need any additional service. There was only one bathroom stall in the restaurant and it was upstairs in the dark since the restaurant was not busy so they turned all the lights off, even the staircase. All in all it was a decent experience, but we would not return the 2nd time.
