Amazing ladies' spa! I walked in and was able to get a massage scheduled (that may not always work). If you are very private or germaphobic, this may not be the place for you because it's topless or nude in all the relaxation rooms/pools, but they supply everything you could need for a day of beauty, including robes and towels, Dyson hair tools and Aveda products. Bring your own brush if possible...they have some but they were in high demand. I wish I lived closer because I'd come here all the time! Be aware most spaces are no talking or cell zones so relaxxxxx.

Had the most relaxing 3 hours here! My boyfriend gifted me a scrub+massage here and everything was amazing! The ambiance is beautiful, their services were great. They have a hot-tub and multiple saunas where you can relax before and after your session. The scrub and massage were amazing!! Highly recommend this place. They had really good Aveda hair, face and body products to use and get ready at the end. I will be back!

I’ve been visiting Pearl Spa for more than four years now and the experience never disappoints. It’s a Korean women-only day spa that offers such a special and relaxing environment. Every treatment I’ve received has been phenomenal, and the level of service and attention to detail is truly unmatched. I always leave feeling completely refreshed.

I have gone to Pearl a few times a year the last few years. Perhaps it's getting more popular and this is a result of that, but unfortunately, I feel like what they offer is being degraded and reduced in quality from the talking that is now apparently allowed, not even whispering and even whispering is annoying when there are clearly "no sound, no phone" signs all over the facility, to not caring to cover private areas with the towels provided for that as they move you around during the scrub, to reduced quality in massage technique as stated in these reviews whether too rough, not careful, in my case - incredibly tickly massage on my legs (maybe too much oil, incorrect pressure and hand placement, technique) tons of oil and just sliding a bunch of little fingers in the inner legs I think is a recipe for tickling vs a relaxing good massage. I still tipped my masseuse nearly the entire 20% because my sense quality of service and customer experience ALWAYS comes from the leadership and the management, the top of the company etc. My sense is perhaps they've gotten more business, they're doing well and over time their quality slips, they don't enforce silence they promised in this space which is important to a lot of patrons who come here for services, they hire and train less well, they let masseuses move too quickly out of training to working with clients before they're ready and customers are paying the price for it. I had 2-3 wonderful visits and the rest of them I have had complaints. Each time since it's same or getting worse.

This is the best spa I have ever tried. The spa area is amazing — they have a jacuzzi, a cold plunge, a dry sauna, and a steam sauna. There is also a clay room and a salt room, which makes the experience feel very special and unique. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They guide you everywhere and explain everything. They even have Dyson hair dryers and a wide selection of hair and skincare products — including different curling irons for styling. Everything is designed for women and their comfort. There is also delicious herbal tea, and I love that the shampoos and shower gels smell herbal and look natural. I want to give special thanks for the service. I booked a 90-minute massage with a body scrub, and it was beyond my expectations. They carefully washed me, used hot towels during the massage, and placed pillows under my legs and head for extra comfort. You can really feel that this spa was created by someone who truly cares about people and their comfort. They also included a facial massage and face masks. I even received a body wrap treatment. This is the best spa experience I have ever had. I always dreamed of a service like this — where you receive a full body massage, are gently washed, and get a facial massage and masks all in one place, all in one treatment. 10 out of 10. This is what a real spa should be like. 💆‍♀️✨
