Very clean establishment. The man workimg behind the counter is so friendly and kind to help with any question. Had a scrubby massage and wow its not for the squeamish 😅 I almost left my body a few times but kept tough because I know the benefits of these massages. Koreans know alot avout health and the body. This place is authentic and no frills. You may end up black and blue but its out of love and respect for the body. The cold pool is super icy and the hot one more hot than others. Everything is as it should be here. Everyone is nice and helpful and the co ed area is very relaxing as well with oxygen rooms and shared clothed areas. Will definitely return and hopefully you read this and go too. You wont regret it and dont be afraid because they listen. They help tou glow!
I used to love visiting this sauna, especially the steam room, because of the bench area that allowed us to sit comfortably. After the renovation, a part of the bench was removed, and now we’re left standing. It’s really uncomfortable, and it’s easy to burn our feet. I really hope they reconsider bringing back the bench, as it was much better before.
I went around 6 p.m. on a Saturday and was the only person there. The front is was really rude and unacceptable. The inside is really dirty. They don’t allow slippers inside. The floor is dirty and disgusting. Shower is really dirty. The steam sauna smells very very bad. I left after 15 minutes. Avoid this place. Don’t go here.
I went there at 7:40pm paid $30. The spa closes at 10pm, but they started turning off the hot sauna early and everything was not hot enough.
I love coming here. Only the person at the desk speaks in English so nobody talks to you. Don't be surprised if you don't speak Korean the language various steep. I like to get the massage/scrub or $100 and then I tip the the woman that does massage and stuff 20 bucks. It's not the St Regis but you don't pay anywhere near the prices there here and they're excellent work. The woman I see is k a n i very very sweet and man is she strong.
