I've been to the Higashi-Shinjuku store many times, but this was my first time here. It's about a five-minute walk from Shin-Okubo Station. Perhaps because it's new, the store is clean and bright. I went there looking for Orion and Lotte sweets, and they had a wide selection, and the prices seemed cheaper than other stores. I was happy to be able to buy some sweets I'd been eyeing for a while. I might return here again soon.

It's less crowded than Okubo Street, but it's become incredibly popular recently. They were having a spicy ramen event in front of the store. Although it's less crowded than Okubo Street, it's become very popular recently. There was a spicy ramen event in the store.

1st time visiting a Korean market since I moved to Japan from Korea a few months ago. Store is very bright/clean (a few other korean markets nearby look a bit older). Prices are expectedly higher than in Korea (approx 20-30%) but overall not too crazy
