Absolutely appalling experience during what was supposed to be a nice family dinner. We spotted live bugs crawling in the lettuce served for our BBQ. The worst part is, we only noticed after we'd already eaten some. I feel sick to my stomach thinking about it, and I'm incredibly worried about my kids. When we showed the waiter, the reaction was basically nothing. No apology, no concern, just took the plate away. The complete lack of care or urgency was almost as bad as finding the bugs themselves. Paying over £70 for this is just adding insult to injury. We expected a basic level of hygiene and customer care. This place failed on both counts. Do not recommend if you care about what you're eating.

We love korean food and so were very excited to try this pocha. It definitely lived up to expectations! Though the food was a little pricey, the quality and quantity were definitely worth it. We ordered tteokbokki, soy garlic fried chicken and the signature combo. Everything was tasty and fresh so not a single word was spoken between us because we were too busy eating 🤣.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. Cooking on the hot plate was fun. The staff is very polite and helpful. Food is very tasty. We would like to go again. They serve halal meat.

Easily the best Korean food I have had in London. The flavours were excellent, the quality of the meat was outstanding, and everything felt truly authentic. I absolutely loved the ambience, which was lively and welcoming and added to the overall experience. They do not take bookings, so there can be a queue at busy times, but it is well worth the wait. Service was good overall, although slightly slow at times. A place I would happily return to.
