My first visit was 4 days ago. I went with a friend, and we both ooed and ahhed about how much we loved going there. She said it was the most relaxed she felt after a massage. We both got a scrub and massage. I enjoyed myself so much that I went back on the weekend with my partner. Tip: --If you don’t speak Korean, I would recommend talking with someone behind the front desk if you are getting a scrub or massage and have any specific needs. They will communicate your needs to the masseuse. Pros: --Large free parking lot --Clean facilities --Lots of lockers with locking system --Good solid steam room --Separate massage area --Free robes (don't have to bring your own --Very hot steam room --ATM for cash tips --Reasonable prices Cons: --Some body workers don't speak English

I went to Psy Spa for a scrub and get layers of skin scrubbed off. It was fairly empty when I went into the sauna but I soon realized why - when you book a service you cannot use the sauna after. Overall it was quiet and staff were nice. I wish they had more snacks available and places to sit and lounge men and women. I’d go back just for the scrub and my two minutes of sauna time lol

This was a wonderful spa!! The full body scrub made my skin smooth and moisturized. I will do this again. FYI you are buck naked so don’t go if you aren’t comfortable with that. Good massage too.

Terrible experience here. First I was told I needed to wear a bathing suit in the all men’s wet area (only on the weekends for some reason), and since I didn’t have one, they made me wear some used torn up one they had. Then the body scrub literally tore skin off my chest. I now have a rash because of the broken capillaries. The massage that followed was on the same table they scrubbed me in the wet area with bright lights and sounds. Not relaxing at all. Would not recommend.

Such a beautiful experience! Very clean facilities and welcoming energy from all staff and guests. I had the 1B service which includes a scrub, hair wash, mini facial w massage for 1hr 30 min and I have never felt so nurtured and taken care of. Front desk was extremely helpful and gave a tour and explained amenities as it was my first time. The wet side with the steam room and jacuzzi was incredible and so freeing, felt totally comfortable in my own skin which is new haha. The whole experience went beyond my expectations, even from the phone call I knew I’d be receiving a great deal! Thank you so much, will be returning soon!! Want to mention Jessica was my technician and she was very informative and patient with me, really gentle energy and was very sweet and thorough with all the services! Thank you Jessica!
